Black Rhino Manufacturing, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser each new Trailer/Product to be free from defects in
materials and workmanship attributable to Manufacturer, subject to the limitations and exclusions described below. This
limited warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and does not extend to any other persons to whom the trailer
may be transferred.
3-Year Structural Warranty Coverage: Manufacturer warrants the frame and frame welds to be free from defects in
materials and workmanship for a three-year period from the date of purchase (hinges, latches, and fenders excluded).
1-Year Warranty Coverage: Manufacturer warrants the installation of all other components to be free from defects in
workmanship for a one-year period from the date of purchase (hinges, latches, and fenders included).
What Is Not Covered: Provisions of this limited warranty shall not apply to any product that is found to have been modified
or altered in any way; nor shall the limited warranty apply to any defect or malfunction that was caused by damage in whole
or in part, unreasonable use, or failure to provide a reasonable and necessary maintenance. The limited warranty will not
cover damage caused by overloading (determined by the GVWR), improper hitch ball or tow vehicle hook up; damage to
the contents of any product, regardless of cause, off-road usage, tow vehicle wiring, tire alignment, and damages to any
tow vehicle. This limited warranty does not cover components covered by individual suppliers; such items include, but are
not limited to, axles, brakes, wheels/tires, jacks, lights, batteries, and couplers.
Additional Exclusions:
• Lumber is warranted for 180 days from the date of original factory purchase.
• Any trailer utilized as a rental unit or as part of a rental combination with rental equipment voids the warranty
from the date of original retail purchase.
• Any trailer utilized for any other commercial or business application is warranted for 1-year on structural and
180 days on components from the date of original retail purchase.
• Transportation costs of any trailer to/from an approved repair facility shall be the responsibility of the owner.
Black Rhino shall not be liable for transportation costs.
How Do You Get Service: Original purchaser must notify selling dealer of any defects in material or workmanship
immediately upon discovery of the defect. It is the selling dealer’s responsibility to notify the manufacturer of any warrantable
issues and to request authorization and replacement warranty parts. Dealer must complete and submit a Black Rhino
warranty request form. For any warranty claim found to be valid, Manufacturer at its election shall either repair or replace
the Trailer/Product or give the purchaser a refund of the purchase price. This shall be the purchaser’s sole remedy. The
purchaser is required to complete and return to the manufacturer the attached warranty registration card within (30) thirty
days of purchasing the Trailer/Product for which warranty coverage is being sought to obtain warranty service.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY WILL NOT APPLY IF A COMPLETE WARRANTY REGISTRATION CARD OR E-
REGISTRATION IS NOT ON FILE WITH THE MANUFACTURER.
Other Limitations: ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED
IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTY.
Black Rhino Manufacturing, Inc., SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR
BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal right and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
